1.        Team Access- Great plan for new agents or agents still developing their business. We offer you a very aggressive commission split, lots of training opportunities, web presence, tools and techniques unique to Access Realty. 

2.       Full Access – 100% Commission (must meet minimum past performance). For a low monthly fee and small per transaction fee we include: errors and omissions insurance, online forms, listing syndicated on major web portals, no franchise fee, no hidden fees, full or part time agents welcome, training, receive commission within hours of closing, set your own fees for services, no monthly sales quota, no required floor time or meetings, work from home or office, no pressure environment, no surprises.
